OHa LIving institutes a Plant Based Diet. We believe that, what we put into our bodies either gives us life or takes life away. We embrace the practice of consuming living foods to bring life into our body systems. This includes, but is  not limited to leafy green vegetables, squashes, cucumbers, legumes and beans of many types.  At the core, OHa Living practices a vegetarian diet but can also be lived by vegans. Although we do not consume any animal flesh and dairy milk, we do accept the occasional light dairy in the form of egg whites.  We highly recommend eating only organic foods when available with the highest alkaline content again, including leafy greens, legumes, lentils and other beans. If foods with high alkaline content are not available, other organic vegetables are acceptable.

Dairy products are not encouraged.   We overstand that diets and nutritional habits are living evolving aspects of our lives. Therefore, we have identified two personality types of action takers: 1) Transitional  2) Deep Divers  We encourage action takers to listen to their own bodies. We highly recommend maintaining a high alkaline body pH level by consuming foods that are on the higher end of the food alkaline scale. Meals that are prepared with foods on the lower end of the scale should be balanced out with higher alkaline foods to maintain higher alkaline level. This leads to a stronger immune system with less mucus and inflammation within the body.  The benefits of an Alkaline diets have been championed by may dietitians, nutritionists, physical therapists and wellness coaches.
